I got it mainly for its ability to monitor your heart health and fall detection. Those features are great, but there’s lots more to the watch. It monitors your movement or lack thereof and recommends when you should get up and move around. It knows when you’re riding your bike and tracks your activity. I could go on, but there’s not enough time.

Per usual Apple products are usually great. I can usually have issues with the passcode lock and wrist detection kind of annoying but just turn passcode lock off

Very much worth it, as I have heart disease & it does help me keep track of my blood oxygen, heart rate & has a real working EKG that will tell me if I am in Atrial Fibrillation or not when I’m having irregular heartbeats. I love the Starlight band, it’s very pretty.

Super easy to set up with my iPhone. Everything usable right away, including the blood oxygen test, which was really nice since I came down with omicron and had hourly need of that test. A little pesky to find the app you want on the tiny screen, but you get used to it quickly, and the reminders, especially for things like outdoor walks, are handy.
