    If you own all things Apple this is something I would recommend. Tracking your health and having the ability to know when you get a test, have a call scheduled or receive an email. You'll need to get used to charging it almost daily but charge it while in the shower it's easy to add into your routine. It's hard not to have it especially if you walk/jog/run.
