Apple Watch works wonders I love it for the fitness

What a gift to get in December. Never owned a Apple Watch and I am just blown away by what info it all gives me. I need to check my BOL and heart rate on a regular basis and this watch has it all in one package. I find the elevation measurement an other unexpected bonus. The road info on you wrist is also very handy.

Watch integrates perfectly with my iPhone. I can control iTunes from the watch to the phone, take calls from the phone to my watch. I can use the find my phone feature as well. It works fairly well for monitoring health and you can incorporate other apps with it from the iPhone.

This watch works great, as long as you do not let it touch the floor, even if you have carpet at home. My first watch broke within 24 hours after buying it when it fell off my desk while charging (connected to the charger) and landed next to my desk. This watch is worth it if you treat it like a princess.

This is. My third Apple Watch. I didn’t wear a watch for years. At first I thought do I really need a smart watch. I have a series 3 and thought how much better could the 7 be? It’s so much better. Functionality is smooth and crisp. The phone function actually works. I’m impressed..

I purchased this as a gift. He loves the upgrade from his old watch. The battery life is great as long as you don't habe too many notifications at once.

If you have a series 6, stay with the series 6 unless that extra screen real estate is that important to you. Still a solid watch and I haven't come across anything better.

I'm not one to wear a watch but my wife ordered this for me and I'm glad she did. I like that I can check my oxygen and heart rate on it. Being notified of meetings that are coming up and getting messages on my wrist instead of having to pull my phone out or be by my computer is great as well.

I hesitated for several months before purchase. I have a Fitbit and thought that was all I needed. WOW! Was I surprised at everything the watch can do. It actually provided a health notice that caused me to get to a medical facility pronto! All of the features continue to surprise me!

I've had the watch for 6 days, and returning it. It's my first Apple watch and not what I expected, nor want. Battery life is terrible coming from Garmin products. I'm coming from a Garmin watch that has a minimum 2 days of battery life (a watch that cost half the price), it doesn't have the "pretty screen", but does all fitness tracking, without fiddling, and puts it on a web site that's easy to use/read and configure, has all the normal notifications (texts, email messages, etc.). The Series 7 being used basically the same use as my Garmin, I'll be lucky if I get 10 hours before I'm down in the 30 and 40% battery range. If I have a long day, which I have 2 or 3 a week, I'll have to figure out where I'm going to charge it. Unless, I fiddle and turn things on and off, which then defeats the purpose of having a "smart" watch. I use Garmin Connect, and wanted to take the data from the Apple watch and push it to Garmin (I also have a bike computer and don't want to look at the data in multiple places). No luck, at least not without fiddling every time I want to do it. Sleep tracking was just added (which I've had in the Garmin for 2 years), but you have to set a reminder to charge your watch before you wear it to bed, assuming you wore your watch that day. Be prepared to charge again in the morning before you head out to work. The watch is like a 2 month old baby. Needs constant attention, and with a busy life, this is the last thing I want. After wearing it a week, I honestly don't like the look of the watch. I wish Apple would make something other than just the square designs. One look at this and it says "that's an Apple watch" and with it comes every good and/or bad implication. I don't want any of that baggage attached to a watch. The good thing is that I've discovered I like Garmin products a lot more than I thought. For the prices of this watch, I can return and upgrade my Garmin, maybe get two! I do have the iPad M1 Pro, an iPad Air, and an Apple 13 Pro phone, and love those, so I'm not here to bash Apple.

Went from a Series 3 to the Series 7. Decided on the Series 7 instead of Series 8 to save $ and the features of the Series 8 did not appeal to me. Love the color. The green is darker than what the picture shows and looks more green-black than green. Enjoying the watch

Essentially a fitness device. As a “watch” it is just ok - half the time when I go to look at it, I need to shake my wrist or tap the screen to wake it and actually be able to tell what time it is. It’s most useful feature is the activity/sleep tracking, which makes it a bit overpriced for what it actually does. That said, it’s easy to use and well-built, although you need to charge it every night, which is a bit annoying for a watch.
