Not the best watch it could’ve been better destined

Please be careful with Bestbuy Online shopping. I was auto-enrolled into ShopSmarter and my credit was charged. How come Bestbuy shared my payment details with another vendor ? This is NOT a good practice.

My review on my appeal watch. The battery life is zero. I dont know if what they sent to me malfunctioned. I was told that the battery at least 8hours but my if fully charged this min and the next min it zero

Apple Watch at its finest does what it’s supposed to do gives you alerts from your Apple iPhone works wonderful. Crisp clean clear display always easy to use functions great fast and speedy with options and apps makes it super easy to use visually awesome nice and light easy to charge comes with a great wristband and Looks like it can’t survive the test of time can take some abuse and still keep working well can work without the phone for music playing with the included internal storage all out great device obviously this is a review for a series 7 and currently the watch 10 is out But still works. Still seems to be able to take the uploads of the newest software so take it for what it’s worth highly recommended.

Bought this is as a gift for hubby, and Before you guys say anything I have bought open box items from best buy that too excellent condition like brand new. This was not just a open box but used dusty and not clean at all! The watch monitor was nasty ! The wrist belt didn't even come in a box in apple packaging, they literally put it in a plastic ziplock bag ! Unbelievable really disappointing. I dont even know how i will manage to return and get a new one at this time as I wanted to surprise my husband on his Birthday. Best buy put me down really really upset.

Great looking watch, but, it doesn't hold a charge. Barely get 12 hours before it has to be recharged. We've taken almost all the apps off and it still runs down too quickly

It’s nice looking Apple Watch but the font keeps getting big on it’s own and would not even let me type unless I turn it off or on and I only had it for 3 days. I’m worried it’s gonna last me long

Not a bad watch. However, it doens t give u lots of watch face options to add. Just 9. I wish i didnt buy this and got the Samsung galaxy watch 4 instead. It give you way more features

Got the watch today first time buying an Apple Watch and there is no plug to charge the watch? Totally should come with wall outlet for $400 that’s stupid or at least advertise in box that there’s no wall plug to charge for the special cable. I don’t even know if it works since I have no wall outlet since I had no idea that was needed. Apple is stupid doing that. Basically a scam not advertising that it’s missing a charge port. I received a $400 paper weight that doesn’t turn in

Having hard time to charge and doesn’t charge well with. Original charger adapter. Since I brought this open box. I’m planning to return this back this weekend.

Received with scratched screen and 2 small chips near the watch knob. Cable on charger received was broided not original.

I regret buying it really, I was expecting more to do on it when I bought it or maybe I just don’t know how to use it but waste of money big time

Did not realize it had to say “cellular”. Just bought myself one with cellular for 70 less off Amazon. This was a gift. We are disappointed

The day I ordered this online BB created a shipping label and charged my card. After this my watch vanished into thin air. After spending hours of my time I managed to get a refund of my money. I am still not refunded the cost of my time. A similar problem has happened before during shipping. Both were small in demand items. I learned an important lesson from this. I will never order on line again from BB. I will spread the word when asked.
