This was my fourth Apple Watch and I wasn’t very impressed. The battery life was terrible. I returned it.

It didn’t come with a band as described. Called and never got an understanding of why

The watch is okay . The battery dies very fast have to charge it at least twice. The keyboard is none responsive sometimes.

I think it was a bad purchase, the watch stays with the screen locked and does not change until the battery runs out

How is it possible to do all these things? learn more every day. I love the bright easy-to-read dial even in the dark. I lake the circle goals that you see your progres every time you look at the face. One little tap and the Callander is right there. My heart rate and oxygen level are only a tap away. I am looking forward to daily adventures and learning more features.

Unfortunately the watch didn't sinc with the phone on all the apps. We had to return it after 1 week.

Not happy at all with this expensive watch. It hardly stays charged for one day. Constantly charging it.

The watch is nice can’t figure out how to add apple care but I guess using it more I will figure it out

The most terrible experience buying from Best Buy. Bought an open box Apple Watch Series 7 that still had a passcode of the previous owner I’m thinking. No one took time to check it out to clear it out before making it available for sale. All the customer services could do is offer a refund and no apologies for wasting my time and tying down my money.

The wrist ban had missing pin/ I was not able to wear the watch. I had to get replacement.

Complete waste of money!! Do not buy the Series 7… I upgraded from Series 3 to the 7- my 3 could go 2 days without a charge. My series 7 won’t last 8 hours. Looking at Apple forums- Apple is aware of the issue, but nothing is being done. I suggest getting the older series. There is not much difference other than size from the 3-7.

Too complicated and duplicative of the iphone I already own. In addition the watch comes with an inadequate charging unit that requires purchase of additional equipment that should have been included in the original package. All in all not worth the exorbitant price.

Awesome watch works great easy to use and hook to phone

this is a big a good item I like it, however the battery is drain so fast one day

Stopped working after 3 months. Took a break from wearing the watch for a day. Would not charge when leaving it on the charger. Only red lighting icon showed, tried to restart it, Apple logo would not show. Same icon showing flickering. Defective item. I had to return it.

I have returned this item. So disappointed as this was a Christmas present. The battery needs charging every 8-10 hours depending on whether I use the exercise apps. I love my new IPhone 13 so I thought this would be equally enjoyable. Instead it was a deterrent.

Always on does not function correctly. There no bands that match the new colors.
