Manufacturing defect, belt is tearing apart. Unheard of with apple product

Sorry. I love apple stuff. but there is no way to charge the watch. I have to go to amazon and buy an charger because my laptop has a USB and not USBc. No wall charger or adapter provided for a $400+ watch.

I would give 0 stars if it let me! Bought an open-box item, which should come with all original parts and accessories. The box was marked “no charger”, the store only offered me to buy a new charger for $20. The manager didn’t bother to come when called.

I had a bad experience with my watch. I bought it May 2nd. It worked fine for about a week, then it would not hold a charge anymore. Apple could not find a problem. I have been without my watch for about 3 weeks now.

This was a blemished used 3rd party product. Said it was checked as good shape. Not true, this should have never passed inspection. This makes BestBuy look bad although they should not endorse 3rd part .

The package arrived almost two weeks later then expected the package inside the box was un wrapped and the box was ripped it looked like it had been tossed and ripped and even ripped open when it was bought brand new

There wasn’t a cube in the box and we were not advised by the salesperson that one was not in the box and the cube for our phone would not fit. Extremely disappointed that we have to spend more money.

Do not buy, rarely charges except by the sheer grace of god (& yes I’ve tried multiple cables and multiple plug ins). Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on this trash

I love this watch. Upgrading from series 3. yes, if you have a series 4 or higher you might not need the upgrade but the larger screen, faster charging, and longer lasting battery are a must have for me. typing on it is nice too, and i’ve actually gotten pretty fast at it. one thing i did notice is the screen scratches very easily. after just 3 weeks there’s quite heavy scratches on the corners and face of it. i would advise you to get a screen protector.

I bought a open box in excellent condition Except battery is not holding charge . Used first time today and battery was dead after 7hrs without using any features like playing music …

I was sold a faulty product. The box did not contain an apple 7 watch it was a shell of an apple 6. Store would not honor rerun accused me of swapping out product.

Just finished using a Samsung watch classic and I had no idea how far behind the Apple Watch was.. truly disappointed to spend the money on a downgrade.

This watch a a small noticible nick next to the face. With this being a gift i was highly disappointed. When you pay that much for this it should be perfect.

Horrible- DONT buy open box. I have had this watch for 3 weeks and only holds a charge for 30 hours if that and I deleted majority of APPS.

The staff was not very knowledgeable when purchasing this product I think it’s best to purchase from Apple store, I was treated poorly by staff so I returned the watch

The link to my FREE Apple Music does not work and I have not been able to get any assistance with it. I do love my watch upgrade though.
