The screen is bigger, she can read all the texts easily. I see her using it all the time to send and receive messages. she told me is was a huge upgrade from what she had before.

Was looking for an accurate heart rate monitor and was going back and forth with the chest harness options. Read multiple reviews on accuracy, simplicity, and wearability and ultimately went with Apple Watch 7 and it has been very simple to use. Like most technology turning off alot of what you will not use or likely won't use is the first step.

The latest and greatest with room for improvement

The slightly larger display is a nice touch as well as the O2 Sensor. I’ve taken mine swimming in the ocean (be sure to rinse afterward with clean water). Watch handled perfectly with no issues allowing me to leave my phone behind while the watch kept track of time during our trip. I’ll be interested to see further revisions, better battery life and possibly a slimmer profile would be nice.
