More than double the battery life, as my 2nd generation Apple Watch. The oximeter, pulse reader and ECG (aka ekg) all work great. I use it with other smart devices that I have and apps to start car, open garage door, turn on devices. I use it to find my phone quickly by pinging it. Hang up on scam calls very fast without pulling your phone out!

Perfect watch after 10+ years w/o one.

Still coming up to curve on the multitude of features. Convenient to answer phone/msgs when iPhone wasn't handy. Had to delay powering up watch as I overlooked and had to overnight the much-criticized missing power block.

I do like the convenience of not pulling my phone out of my pocket to check messages. I also like the health and fitness app features of the latest model 7 that are tracked by the watch. Overall I am happy with the purchase and think I would miss it if it was gone.
