I bought this item so my friend can easily keep in touch with her Mother who has cancer. I ordered this item on-line and received in a couple days at my door step. Was fast easy and I received messages from Best Buy. Thank you...this item could actually be the difference between life and death.

(Upgraded from a series one) I get so many compliments on the color and I love the size. The buying process was super easy, I financed w/ Progressive and everything was done in under 5 minutes and I was able to pick up first thing the next morning.
