Bought 2 of these (one for me, one for wife) as the "best choice" for our Peloton bike and health. The feature set is impressive. Battery life could be better. Sports band "Ok", yet hard to use at first. I'd like to be able to rate it better, but the "Dealbreaker" for me is the FRAGILE nature of the screen/glass. I purchased a "Case/Bumper/Screen Protector" for my wife and tried one on mine (couldn't stand it as I'm very active/it was obtrusive). Admittedly, it was a poor decision to wear the watch without it. Less than 3 months in the screen suffered a scratch. Couple of weeks later, hit the doorknob on the way out & the scratch turned into a large crack. The cost to replace the glass means that it is NOT cost-effective as it costs MORE THAN a NEW watch (by design?). (Apple's) Answer to this problem? Be an "Apple Sheep" and purchase insurance promptly after buying the (Expensive) watch(es). Or take your chances and pay an exorbitant price for a replacement glass. Or buy a new watch. Seems to be a "win/win" for Apple and not the Customer. Maybe the Customer would pay a bit more for a more resilient glass? My (Current) Plan: - Peloton Bike - Gone. - Apple Watch- Worn with cracked face until it dies. - Expensive iPhone(s), bought to sync with watch- Stuck with (for now). Future plan: Replace Peloton and Apple products with more affordable options that are less "snooty" Wish: That I'd stayed on the "other side of the fence". However: Even with all the issues that I had I will recommend this product as some will do what I was unwilling to do (become an "Apple Sheep", buy insurance & fit a screen bumper/protector). And I admit that the feature set is impressive. But, with the recent Ban for (alleged) Blood/Oxygen Infringement and Apple's "Holier-than-thou" attitude. I'm taking the next train out.

Love apple products had a few watches Best watch ever

We git this for her after she finished her last day of 8th grade and she has loved it ever since she has even helped me out once or twice with the settings she loves the color and the comfort she has taken amazing care of it and loves it I definitely recommend getting this fora loved one if they have been needing a watch.

Reviewing this after a year. A very happy purchase it has saved me and notified me of my health issues twice. Just wish the battery at least lasted 2 full days but seamless connection and being part of ecosystem just alone gets the jelly points. Go for it! Plus it has SPo2 monitor missing on 9.

Great product to use with my phone, when I can't have my phone on me at work.

Honestly we usually get watches every two years and my wife’s 7 would normally have lasted one more year but it suddenly started having battery issue to where it was barely making it through a day so we decided to go to trusty Best Buy and up grade and besides a delivery hold up everything was smooth and per usual Best Buy was easy to work with
