    I track my sleep and the Apple watch shows the duration of sleep on the watch; I don't have to sync my phone to my watch for the information. My watch also sends me a message when I am leaving my phone behind; if I have lost it there is a map showing the last place my phone was used. All the usual expectations were met too.
