I am amazed with its integration with my iPhone in comparison to the Fitbit watch I previously owned. I am still learning about it but was pleased to discover an increase in battery life by disabling the raise your wrist to wake it and just tap the display instead.

Prior to Apple Watch, I wore a fit bit watch and it was cheaper and did the same functions and battery life lasted longer
