I really recommend everyone to use it as it make you healthier by using this everyday with your walking steps , activity tracking and the health app.

Few Pros: 1) Reminds every hour to stand and helps to be on track to achieve the healthy GOAL SET. 2) Phone on the wrist all the time. Cons: The health and sleep monitoring is a paid service for the hundreds of $$$ you already paid.

I use it as a time piece, not much more, but the calculator app and walkie talkie function have been fun and helpful as well. It holds up to me wrenching on cars all day, and in that regard, I’m impressed.
