I am very pleased with the Apple Watch Series 8 that I bought at Best Buy in January 2023. Loving the features that the watch provides. This replaces a Polar M400 - I can now see my pulse on my wrist without wearing a separate heart rate monitor.

Apple Watch 8 really has all the features of the new Apple Watch 9 so I chose to save a little with a "like new" open box, rather than pay a premium for the latest release. Best Buy delivered new quality promptly and I'd consider open-box items again in the future. While I am still navigating features after years with Fitbit Charge devices, the Apple Watch has quite a bit to offer and seems to do better not overestimating flights of stairs because I live at altitude. I'm going to need to research how best to conserve battery life since I do want to track sleep wearing it overnight; thus, it becomes a bit iffy to get through the entire work day along with exercise activities without at least some charging.

Absolutely love my series 8. I had been using a series 3 for so many years but finally upgraded and it was worth it. Battery life is excellent. Better calibration with exercise and calorie counting. Very happy with this purchase.

This is my first Apple Watch and I love it. Paired with my phone without any problems. Small enough to not look bulky on my wrist but big enough screen to read/see the face clearly. Love it. Previously owned an Versa Fit Bit.

Replaced my series 4 with this, and I don’t regret the purchase at all! It’s given me better insight into my heart health and it’s great for my workouts! The battery health is longer than my last watch, which I enjoy also.

I love my new watch. It is one of the best purchases I have done in the last year. I use it everyday, it tracks my exercises, my sleep, my fertile window, basically everything. I love it.

After a couple of days of use I can say that the watch has helped me a lot in my daily routine and in the gym, the battery lasts long enough and I can see many things without having to look at my phone when I'm busy. I love it

I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday. She loves it! Great battery life, responsive touchscreen, plenty of accessory options, and didn't break the bank.

Bought this for my stepmother-in-law. She loves it. I am not a fan of red but she is apparently. Apple's quality and ease of use really shine through in this watch. So much so I am actually thinking of getting one for myself.

Love it! New features, comfortable, long battery life, easily programmable exercise routines and activities. Durable for everyday life, yet swap the band and it’s elegant for a night out.

I love my watch it is beautiful and beginner friendly!!! Battery life is better than expectedthe only thing I did was switched my band immediately because of the hot flashes. Now Apple should give an option on the watch band

I have been trying to convince my wife to get an Apple Watch to help with her fitness goals. I kept telling her how easily the watch will work with her phone. After her 2nd Fitbit broke, she finally relented. She loves it.

The quality was very good and I love the color. Everything functioned quickly and efficiently, but I had to return it. It wasn't because of the watch being faulty or anything, but for the time I had it I loved it!

I love this watch, I replaced a 7 with this 8 mainly because my 7 battery life was getting low. This 8 has all the features of the 7 but somehow I like it better. I bought on sale and got $95 trade in for the 7 so it was a great deal.

I absolutely love my Apple Watch 8. The screen is a bit bigger than I'm used to since I upgraded from a FitBit, but since it mirrors my iPhone I never miss a message (as long as my phone is nearby) and I love the reminders to move. I've become more motivated to close my rings each day. I would give it 5 Stars, except that the one feature of FitBit that I liked that is not available on Apple is the food tracking. On FitBit you entered your food on the app and it automatically tracked your exercise so you always knew how you were doing on calories in vs. calories out. With the Apple you have to use a 3rd party (I chose MyFitnessPal) app to track food and while the one I use does sync with my watch to track steps, I have to manually enter any additional exercise I do. It's not a deal breaker, but I do wish that Apple Fitness (or Apple Watch) offered the ease of tracking calories in vs. calories out. One of the benefits of the Apple Watch over my Fitbit is that the sleep tracking on Apple is significantly better. Some of the sleep tracking functions that come standard on Apple are only available for premium subscription on Fitbit. Taking all of that into consideration, when I go to replace it - hopefully years from now - I will stick with Apple as the benefits significantly outweigh the drawbacks.

For me the band was uncomfortable, too sweaty, I replaced with a fabric one no problem. It works great, I love the sleep tracking and exercise rings. The customizable faces are great. It is currently a photo of my cat. The average body temperature has never worked. It always tells me it needs 5 more nights of data. I’ve changed settings and I can’t get it to show. I don’t need to know my average body temperature but if that’s a feature that is feature that is offered it should work.

Helps me keep in touch better, I never miss a call. I love how I am aware of my steps and the movement I am making. I really enjoy my watch. It was a great investment. It looks great on and it’s so comfortable .

This has been a game changer. I love the fitness tracking and the simple reminders to stand up and stretch along with being able to view iPhone alerts without having to pull my phone out of my purse or having to make sure it is always on me.
