Upgraded from the series 3 and it's been great so far! Call clarity is great and I love the sleep tracking feature. Also charges very fast and lasts all day.

Very nice watch, surprised it didn’t come with a charger

This latest model definitely has a better and longer lasting battery. I also like the sleep tracking. This is my favorite model so far- very much improved.

I love the ease of setting up the device and how quickly all my apple i formation was able to sync. The various settings and faces ate so cool!

I love my new watch, but when my husband purchased it for me, the only band size in stock was M/L and it’s too big.

The novelty of owning this watch wore off quickly. I sensed heat coming from the base /back of the watch and stopped wearing it. The heat made my wrist feel sweaty. I feel like the battery drains easily and it's not worth the money. Also, the fact that everyone has one, makes it too common of a watch for me. I think look-wise, the style looks better on a masculine or larger hand. The face is quite large and bulky looking. Wish Steve Jobs was still around to tweak the style and performance of this watch. I also feel that this watch doesn't keep its value, almost like "a dime a dozen" valuation. I think buying cooler vintage watch that appreciates in value, is the way to go.

Had a older watch and finally got a newer series. Very nice upgrade from the first series.

I ordered an open-box Apple Watch from Best Buy and was sent a watch that was activation locked and had not been properly wiped or prepared for sale. I have spent hours out of my life talking to support, who will tell me to go to a store and talk to them. I have then spent more hours going to the store (3 times now) and being told that I have to call support. I finally got support to tell me over the phone that they would send me a replacement. They confirmed my address, told me an arrival date, and everything. After several days of receiving no shipping notification, I chatted support to confirm it was on its way only to be told that they would NOT be sending me a replacement until I returned the current watch. This is directly contradictory to what I had been told a few days earlier and Best Buy at no point contacted me to tell me that the plan had changed or that I needed to return the current watch first. On top of all that, I went into the store to return the current watch (I have screenshots of the chat conversation with the support agent who says very clearly that I am able to return it in store and that they will be able to get me a replacement at the same price) only to be told that I CAN’T return the watch in store because the system won’t let you return an activation locked device and that even if they could, they weren’t able to do price adjustments to give me a replacement at the price I originally paid. I now have to go through the hassle of packing up and mailing this thing back and HOPING they accept the return on the other end and HOPING they send me a replacement and don’t somehow screw me over again. This has been a miserable experience. If you google it, you will find multiple stories of Best Buy sending out open box items that weren’t properly prepared for sale and are useless to their customers. I have now spent a significant amount of time and stress playing quality control for Best Buy since they can’t be bothered to check their own products and it’s still possible that all I’ll get in the end is a refund of my own money if they even accept the useless brick they mailed me. BE WARNED.

I liked this watch the only think is annoying me is I need to charge it everyday.

Works great! Does what it’s supposed to do! Bought it to track water and exercises and use it for more! The battery last all day.

Love it.. have had previous Apple Watches and this one is my favorite

Nice product. Its a worthy upgrade from series 3 to series 8. I’m happy with the improvements especially the longer battery life.

Had an iWatch 3 that I really liked. Decided to upgrade for the better speed and health improvements and it was very simple to do.

Overall Product is good and I would like to recommend it to any one who wants to buy

The watch is perfect but the only issue is changing for not enough time.
