Hardware issue!!!

Call the genius bar, the call was escalated after about an hour. They said they couldn’t fix it and because it’s out of warranty, there’s nothing they can do. One star!

Not as advertised, defective

Product did not come in original packaging and was just loose in box. Watch worked fine for a few hours then screen went black. Watch is fully charged and updated to the latest OS, screen still black.

STILL requires constant charging

Battery only lasts 12-14hrs, and requires daily charging, often twice daily. My Garmin watch lasts a month, so I’ll be using that instead.

Lost

I call bestbuy and Apple and no way to track so totally disappointed.
