Open box series 8

Came in a week late and it just came in bubble wrap. Also came locked to previous owner and they are getting my location sent to them. Best Buy is supposed to check that before reselling. They then told me I would have to go to a store to get it fixed. The nearest store is 45 minutes away which is why I ordered. Also they are not open when I get to work so that’s not an option. Hopefully Apple accepts the ticket I submitted or I will have to return. Definitely not buying apple products from bestbuy again. I will be buying straight from Apple.
