Terrible service

I had to tell them they gave me the wrong watch. But since they already scanned the package (that they failed to check) so I had to come back an hour later since they cannot do a return within the hour. Then when I get there an hour later (when the store is 30 minutes from my house) the worker simply just switch the package for the right one. Complete waste of my day.

Disappointing

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The watch itself is what I expected from an Apple device however, it comes with a type "C" charging cable with NO wall plug adapter for the USB C end of the charging cable to plug into the wall. With the amount that Apple charges for these devices it's disappointing that they can't provide everything needed to get up and running. I ended up purchasing an aftermarket wall plug adapter at half the cost of the OEM Apple adapter.

failed in less than a week!

Sad Watch is malfunction ing and can’t find help

I have the watch under both Apple and Best Buy insurance production but they won’t replace lace it or approve. I’ve never had trouble befor and it is quite disappointing
