    I love this watch! It has features I didn't have in the FITBIT Sense 2 you can track or get readings on BP or EKG and how your doing with daily exercise. It reminds me to stand and take a break which really helps me because I sit at desk. The battery might not last day I change some of my settings to low power mode which really helps. Usually put it on charger every night.
