I bough this watch for the health apps and am very pleased. If you need to monitor your heart rate (for spinning) or steps walked (and there are so many other options), this is the watch for you. It is also attractive and comfortable to wear.

I can pair it with my phone and security system, email, etc It is very versatile and effective. Plus it looks great and offers a lot of valuable information. I really enjoy the activity and work out functions. There are more uses I have yet to explore but hope to soon.

The screen is a little bigger, but it’s still fits ok in my small wrist.

Love my Apple Watch

Coming from owning a Fitbit Versa 2 this was such an upgrade. I love being able to answer from my watch. I don’t regret my purchase and have been happy so far. The only downside is battery life, I really only get 1 1/2 days at most.

Great but maybe SE would be better for you.

I wasn't sure if I needed it but defiantly makes seeing notifications more convenient and that I don't miss any. I kinda wish I went with the SE 2 though as I don't need the extra features as much as I thought. Mainly the fast charging and smaller bezels is the only benefit for me.

Not good for people who have illnesses

Garmin does have this feature so I will be switching to them, but if your top shape and looking for good exercise tracking this is for you.
