    Best Buy online SUCKED! They sent me the wrong item and then they wouldn’t compensate or replace the item because it was an open box! Thats not my fault that they screwed up, & of couse the item was no longer available. VERY disappointed in Best Buy and the customer service I recieved.

    Features and software are great. The actual cosmetic lifetime is not. Screen scratches are easy to come by, and so are scuffs to the body itself. For someone working manual labor, even with a bunch of protective bumpers and screens, it’s gonna be annoying.
