I love the way it keeps up with my daily workout routines, counting my steps, which keeps me challenging every day. I have lost weight using my Apple watch daily. Also, I had an unexpected fall and my watch alerted me to see if I needed to call 911 for help! What a huge surprise! This watch is AMAZING!!!!
