    My mom lives alone with her dog and has trouble with her balance. I’m always worried she is going to fall, so I bought this for ger primarily because the Apple Watch has a “fall detector” so if she were to fall and couldn’t help herself, it would call 911 for her. With a multitude of other health features, this watch is perfect for any one of of any age.

    I bought this as a gift for my GF. I don't have an apple watch myself but she loved it and it made for a good gift. A little pricy but its a good quality watch. If you have an Iphone this is a good accessory.
