I finally got around to upgrading my apple watch from series 1 to series 8. All I can say is it was a great upgrade, so much better than the old watch. In particular, the battery life display, size and speed. The only downside is the choice of bands is not great when you look at the price. The good news is that you can get them a lot cheaper online, along with a wider selection.

With it being 45mm and no bigger than a lot of my watches. It is comfortable on my wrist for all day wear, and every health function works perfectly. I like tracking my activity, heart rate, and sleep. There are tons of functions and by the way, using it as a phone works brilliantly except in really noisy situations. The black band is very comfortable, easy to cinch with one hand and looks terrific. I haven’t and will probably never use the diving function, but it’s nice that it’s available. The GPS tracking and backtrack work great also. Lastly, I have been averaging around 72 hours on each charge, and I never have let it get below 20 percent. I had the original Apple Watch and this one is a just so much better. I highly recommend it.

1st Apple Watch. I been using Fossil 4gen for years, and what a positive difference switching over to Apple. Faster, ease of use, and more. Battery last for at least three days, if a part off every night. Bought a metal link wrist band for it. I rarely have to take my cell phone. The watch does near everything.

Purchased this to replace a series 6, on which the EKG function died. Slightly larger form factor. Have been very happy with the Apple watch series, and this continues that tradition. Like the ability to keep track of exercising. Not quite as detailed as the Garmin sport watches, but if you are not a serious athlete, this does a great job. Battery life is good for a day, but does require daily charging.

I’ve had this watch for over 2 years now. Even though apple releases a new version every year, this is still updated with most or all functions a regular person who runs and goes to the gym would use. Nothing too extreme on the exercise side, but I love the integration between the iphone and other functions that are more “smart watch” versus the niche of a garmin watch for example. I do have to charge it almost daily, and it’s been quite durable (I sometimes am clumsy and hit my wrist against the door/counter, not a scratch!). Will definitely keep using a few more years until it’s time for a new one, and will look at apple’s recent releases at the time. I am always with my phone, so it didnt make sens to pay additional for the network connection.

This review is for anyone wanting to know if they should get an Apple Watch or Fitbit. My main goal of getting a watch was to track exercise, calories, and heart rate. I got a Fitbit versa2 first. Then I got my apple watch. Here are pro and cons. Apple Watch PRO: -Screen is larger and has a scroll wheel -Can reply to texts on the watch -can control your phones music (start/stop, skip etc) -tracks swim laps very accurately -shows you passive and active calories for an exercise CONS -battery life is about 1.5 days -I truly didn’t love any of the clock faces -heart rate wasn’t live, it always said “as of xxminutes ago” I wanted to see live right now heart rate -I think it doesn’t vibrate enough for a text. If you don’t feel it then your only clue is a small red dot on the top center. -sleep isn’t very accurate. It won’t show me time spent in each sleep stage -I don’t like the whole rings and such gif the activity app. But this is just me I think.

This watch delivers on performance and features. The battery lasts all day, even with the "always on" display. I have a variety of apple products and this integrates perfectly with all of them. I love the sleep tracking and workout features. Great product. If you're an iPhone user, this greatly enhances the experience.

I was on the fence to get a watch but wanted the health monitoring. Originally thought I’d prefer the smaller size but glad I decided on the larger size. I used the supplied band for about a week but went with a Velcro alternative that’s easier to take on and off.

The watch is so simple and attractive with lot of features. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still learning some of the new features. Good battery life, we can use for 2 days without any worries. The only concern is the siz of the band, which runs somewhat big.

My watch, which I bought a year ago, has been an excellent personal investment choice for me; from its design down to each feature - everything is simply perfect!

This is the latest Apple Watch, Series 8. The reviews were outstanding and they are very much accurate. I've had it for just a couple days after updating from the SE 1st generation. There are several more options. Love it

Great watch with lots of tracking features. Band was a little small. Battery last me all day. The screen is very easy to scratch up, so I recommend a cover.

I have only had my watch for a month now but so far so good. Love the face size. So more convenient that’s the 38mm I had. Also more features added to the newer watch.

Bought this to upgrade from gen 3. Works great, I use it for fitness tracking and sleep tracking.

I’ve had this Apple Watch for a few years now and it’s still working perfectly. It’s extremely useful and i have no regrets about this purchase.
