It does give you some quality of life improvements like not having to check your phone for notifications, paying with Apple Pay on your wrist, and some health apps. Battery life lasts about 1.5 days Occasionally it will go on sale, so I'd say if you're into technology, go for it.

If you are thinking of upgrading your Watch SE, it is absolutely worth it. I will never buy the Watch SE series again for myself.

Not very flashy but they can do a lot. You can choose from multiple watch faces, and even the Nike faces. Highly recommend.

It is taking some getting used to since I'm coming from Samsung but it hasn't been too difficult. I had to switch out the band because it made my wrist sweat too much, like how it be if you stay in water to long if that makes any sense, because I like to wear it tight. I also love the red. The dial is very nice and responsive.
