    My wife is on a fitness plan and this helps her keep track of foods, water intake, weight, steps, and other types of exercise, along with answering calls and texts, keeping up with appointments, checking her heart and sleep, and I like the fall/crash detector. Works seamlessly with iPhone. She loves it. She already has half a dozen different colored bands for it.
