MISSING THE CHARGER!!!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far, the watch itself has been decent but the fact that the item was not checked when it was returned to the store and it was found that the CHARGER WAS MISSING, doesn’t sit well with me. This is supposed to go through a multi point inspection to ensure a quality return. Supposed to be checked then labeled with a rating of excellent, good, and so on. No one thought to make sure the charger was there?!?

CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!!!!!

They sent me the wrong item and then they wouldn’t compensate or replace the item because it was an open box! Thats not my fault that they screwed up, & of couse the item was no longer available. VERY disappointed in Best Buy and the customer service I recieved.

Great product/poor protection from scratches/dings

Screen scratches are easy to come by, and so are scuffs to the body itself. For someone working manual labor, even with a bunch of protective bumpers and screens, it’s gonna be annoying.

Horrible battery charge life

But the watch on a full charge only lasts 6 to 7 hours before it goes dead. The charge on Apple products is horrible. I have an ipod the battery lasts around 2 hours fully charged but I have a MP3 player that the battery lasts about 3 months from a full charge.
