I do like that it syncs with my gps for turn by turn directions. I utilized the ekg and heart monitor as well. At Best Buy this only comes with a small or medium band. I was given a store credit but had to by a larger band from the Apple Store.

He's only been using it for a couple days so I can't say how much better it is than his previous but it does seem to have some better features. Only time will tell I am not a apple person.
