It helps me to know my heart condition. I love my Apple Watch and I always wear it 24/7. It's waterproof so I wear it even taking a shower, cooking and washing dishes. I told my friends about my experience with my watch and they too are interested to buy for themselves. This is highly recommended to use for seniors like me.

I hope the wrist could be breathable as price you’re paying for it. You get sweat easily. Second struggle I have with Apple Watches it doesn’t capture sleep timing accurate as compare to Fitbit. You will need to schedule your bed time but if you sleep out of scheduled time it doesn’t capture that sleep time. I hope apple could bring similar platform for Apple watches.

When I purchased it, there was a new update almost immediately. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I keep procrastinating to call Apple Care to help me troubleshoot. Other than that, I love it !
