    My first Apple Watch (yeah, way behind on this one lol). A really effective investment. I wear it all the time at home & the fitness app motivates increased physical activity. Can’t wait to use it on the golf course in place of my retired Garmin watch.

    Apple Watch series 8 I found not to much different than the 7 series. Definitely has a quicker charge time along with battery life. Yet it does have some additional running functions and sleep evaluation function. This information has been helpful for my dr.
