It keeps track of my standing time, steps, outdoor steps, and steps on stairs. In the event I fall or I am in an accident, it can call for emergency assistance. I am also notified of calls and text (can read text on watch). Also, ask Siri to look things up.

I am disabled and order online and it was so easy and I received it so fast and wrapped so well as not to be able to incur any damage. I buy all my electronics and games from Best Buy and would not look anywhere else.
