    I purchased this watch and then found it at a lower price elsewhere but because I purchased the watch with at a small discount at Best Buy, Best Buy would not match the price. Very disappointed in Best Buy! My thoughts are that Best Buy discounts products a little so they don’t have to match the lower price found elsewhere.

    I couldn’t wait to buy this series but, the only downfall the sales rep didn’t bother to give me any tips or how functions work so Im still learning. I understand that they are understaffed and I can tell they were in a hurry, so I felt like a hindrance if I don’t ask them to make questions

    If you want to return this watch there is a 15% fee. Best buy in Noho told me that there was a clear policy about this when you ordered the watch - this is not the case. So just be sure you want it...

    The band included was for a 44mm watch. So it stuck out on the sides when attached. This was easily noticeable and could have been fixed before shipping.
