    I am not quite up on technology, but this upgraded 9 series Apple Watch far exceeds my expectations from the previous version I had. It warns me about noise levels, monitors my heart rate, informs me it’s time to stand, move, and to go to sleep! I’m still learning about this watch. Because I misplaced my previous watch that I wore constantly, I had to order this new watch that I don’t regret.
