Does a great job tracking my steps daily and allows me to respond to texts without having my phone with me 24/7

This was a gift for my daughter. She said she loves having it.

I got this for my wife and she loves it! It is her first Smart Watch and she uses it everyday and it helps keep her on track and active.

Apple innovation has been lacking for the last few iterations of the Apple Watch, and the Series 9 doesn't change that. If you're considering an upgrade from Series 7 or 8, it probably isn't worth it. If you want a mini iPhone on your wrist, then the Apple Watch is a great product. But it falls short as a health and activity tracker, primarily because of battery life. If you like to track your sleep and are moderately active, you'll still find yourself charging this at least once per day. This may be a minor annoyance for some, but battery anxiety on long hikes or backpacking trips makes the Series 9 unsuitable for me. The depth and correlation of activity data in the Health app is still lacking compared to other alternatives on the market. Overall, for the active and healthy lifestyle user, I'd look at other options like Garmin until Apple manages to solve the abysmal battery life and mediocre health/activity tracking features.

Great watch my wife wears it all the time. She tracks her sleep and monitors her heart rate with is and it works great. Only complaint is she wishes it held the charge longer.
