    I give Best Buy -5 stars… I purchased an Apple Watch on line it was supposed to arrive in 7-10 business days it’s never arrived & when I called to see where & when my watch will arrive they made it seem like FedEx lost the watch in transit which was untrue in fact they didn’t have any in stock when I purchased the watch online & told me they didn’t know when will they have it in stock after I cancelled the order they never sent me a confirmation email that it was cancelled & when I called 3 days later they never cancelled the order’ I had to speak with someone in order to cancel the order .. never again will I ever order online from Best Buy again .. this was the second time they messed up my order from online .. it also happened at Christmas time with an Xbox that we had ordered..

    The product is fine but the customer service sucks! Your delivery service is stealing items out of your packages and guess who had to pay for it. Me! You all suck!!! I never got my refund for the watch I sent back!!

    Best Buy return policy was very bad. There not allow made a return after 2 weeks. I try return it 3 weeks after purchased date. The staff at Woodbridge, NJ just said there can’t return for me according to Best Buy Policy.
