    Everything with the original watch was great. Only issue at purchase was the wait for a customer representative. The M/L band was too big so decided to return the watch to Best Buy for smaller band. You have to return the whole watch for a smaller band. It’s controlled by Apple not Best Buy. Process was easy.

    Pretty decent watch, not the biggest on watches but good has been very pleasing to use, my favorite feature is double tapping your finger to send messages, very convenient. Battery life isn’t that great, lasts me about a few days minimum before I need to charge it again.
