Love my watch, helps with tracking my fitness and alerts me if my pulse get to high.

Excellent product, I needed an update from my old watch, a simple digit watch from 10 years ago. I love the features the watch has and it’s great while I’m at work! Got it as an open box deal and I couldn’t be happier!

Great watch overall! It is completely customizable to whatever needs you might have. Very durable and lightweight. The only downside is the battery life is very short, you have to charge it every day.

If you have anything from a series 6 or higher theres no need to really upgrade besides a few new features, however if you are new to the apple watch family and are looking into getting a Apple Watch definitely worth going straight for the series 9

The reason I bought the watch was the color. The red is so vibrant. I enjoy having a keyboard in my watch. What is different to control for me is the dial. It feels different when you spin the dial than the older ones. It feel more resistance.

honestly, pretty good for open box! charger was still in excellent condition, watch had no visible flaws, and it’s going pretty strong after a few months of use keeps its charge well

Just upgraded from my series 3 .Love the ekg feature and the starlight color that goes with everything.The battery life is improved and the features are brighter .love all my apple products and the quick delivery from Best Buy and help from customer support.

Upgraded from a series 3. LOVE THIS watch so much more. It helps my husband keep track of his o2 and heart rate. He did not like the original band because it made his arm sweaty so we bought the one with the holes for ventilation.

After buying this watch as a gift for a friend. My friend called me from the watch and said that the apple watch was awesome. My friend loves the many features on the NEW Apple Watch 9 Series.

I began this purchase with a 44 mm GPS version 9 Apple watch ordered online from Best Buy and delivered to my home address. My friend for whom I purchased the watch, decided that she would prefer the smaller 41 mm version. I exchanged directly at a Best Buy store, and, the staff could not have been more helpful - a very pleasant experience. Within the 2 week purchase exchange period, I began to consider more how my friend intended to use the watch - which included Apple Pay. I decided that the full functionality watch which included cellular, was indeed the best watch - so, again exchange within a store. Again, a different store, but, same great service. I would return to Best Buy for future purchases.

Awesome technology combined with Best Buy’s best deal made this purchase no brainier. Apple Watch has some of the nice updates like finger tap to view messages, etc. This is a good update for me.

Purchased this apple watch to mostly track activity (sleep, steps, etc.). Works fine for what I need it for. I do wish I would have bought the cellular one so I could receive calls and texts without having my phone nearby.

A great upgrade to my older model Apple watch. I’m glad I was able to get one of the models with oxygen sensor.

I used to have a Apple Watch Series 3 battery wouldn’t even last 8 hours. This new watch has great battery life I can even sleep with it on before charging it and has lots of cool updates that my series 3 did not.

After going to a Garmin when her last Apple watch broke and now back to Apple my wife is happy again! For the ease of use when it comes to interacting with the iPhone apps other smart watches aren't as user friendly.

Apple Watch might has limited features than few other smart watches. But, apple products are very reliable and you see more accurate results. Long term with accurate results.!! No one can beat apple in standards.

I don't have a whole lot to say. It's a great upgrade from the previous model, even though the previous model is not that old. There are features on this watch that the others don't have. I like it.

Bought this for my wife. She loves it! Hasn’t said anything negative about it. She says it is comfortable and easy to use. Hardest part was setting it up but blames herself more than the watch.
