    The phone is fine, but the customer service at the Yonkers store is not consistent. I was told I would receive the trade-in amount of the old watch towards the purchase of the new watch. When I returned the next day with the trade-in I was offered a gift card for a future purchase in the store. I could not return the new watch without paying $45 to restock. I will not renew my Total Care subscription when it expires. I expect accurate information when making a purchase.

    Watch band was a little tight , I ordered a compatible band from Amazon. The fit is great. Sleek look goes well with casual to dinner date look. Found an app that helps track all those things I need tracked.

    Overall very satisfying with the purchase, but I was concerned with the stopping of the sales of the apple watch series 9. Hopefully if there are any recalls, Best Buy is willing to assist.
