    Purchase process was awesome. Very easy! Customer service was spectacular. This was a gift for my daghter but she went with a different Apple watch. They allowed me to return this and the customer service process in the store was terrific. I always use BestBuy for all electronics and appliances. Such a great customer service philosophy!!
