    Super light on the wrist, Very elegant. Easy to use after a little practice. I need more training on working with all the apps. A Face ID would be perfect to access the basic apps.

    Worked with Veronica. She was able to get our old watches traded in and use the credit to purchase a new apple watch. She was VERY efficient, smart, and patient. She stayed with us through the entire process. Every Apple purchase seems to cause confusion. Veronica was able to make it painless and easy.

    My granddaughter is so happy she’s an honor student about to graduate and off to college she goes. She has had the older series for years. It’s all she asked from us for Christmas so we scraped and saved and the look on her face was worth it. I ordered it online and recieved it within 2 days that was amazing.
