I had to get it for tracking my heart rate and to be able to share it with my doctors is perfect for me. I definitely recommend this for people who have any health issues that need to be tracked at home. You can also wear it in the shower as well because it has a water lock feature that pushes the water out when you’re finished.

It’s basically having a smaller and more conveniently sized phone on your wrist. You can call from it, answer texts with scribble, track your workouts, heartbeat, mindful minutes, and more. Plus the accessories you can put on it are so cute. I’m so happy with this purchase and it’s something I had no idea I needed until now.
