I love my watch 9 as it has so many helpful features especially health related info!

I only got it because I was able to trade in - can’t really tell a big difference from series 7. The starlight band looks a bit dirty but I do use it everyday for counting steps so it’s fine!

I love my watch as it let me know when I am getting notifications since my phone is always in another room. I just wish it let me know when I am walk to far away from my phone because I tend to forget where I put my phone.

Great watch! Love the new velcro band. Comfortable and easily adjustable. Downside is battery doesn’t last long. Has to be charged every day or other day depending on what you do with it.

Not as useful as I thought it would be. I receive text messages on it and it tracks my sleep but not with any great details. I had to return the first watch I got because of a faulty battery but the second one seems to be working just fine. Runs for 1day before needing to be charged again. I bought extra bands elsewhere they’re very easy to switch out. Instead of paying the inflated price for the different silicone type if that is what you prefer.

I like all the features on the watch, but the keyboard is difficult to text on because it’s so small.

First off the packaging came damaged and I bought it brand new it wasn’t an “open box” watch. The actual watch box was dented and it was shipped in a non sturdy poly-mailer. Secondly the watch refuses to turn on and again it’s supposed to be brand new. I have had it charging for an hour and it has still not turned on.
