Just that the battery life needs to be longer. Yay

I didn’t really get anything more out of this than I did out of a Fitbit. I still have it but the messages filled up so fast and the battery died before the day was even over .

The watch is a very cute ,but expensive accessory. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and have only used it 3 times. I think this is only a good purchase if you are really active or busy.

Battery died too quickly and I was not a fan at all. The cheaper or older generation apple watch seemed to work better and I still have most the features of the new watch.

Shipping company lost the package and Best Buy Customer Service cant figure out what store I told them I am close to for pickup. I should have had this item 4 days ago. Ontrac, the shipper snapped a delivery photo but did not provide a code to pick up from the locker. I submitted a case to Best Buy's shipping partner, Ontrac. They diud not get back to me in the 2 days quoted time for an update. I contacted Best Buy CS via webchat to report the problem. The rep, James, was copying and pasting his chat to me, i know this because his comments were irrelevant to my case, or he would completely ignore instructions. It was I who had to inform him today's date to clarify that the watch would be ready for in store pickup, as I have no faith in OnTrac or getting the watch in time for christmas. I told james the closest BB location to me, and he ignored me. I had to tell him again, please set pick up for the nearest store. He told me that tracking would be sent soon.....James, buddy....this is pickup, remember? And you can confirm that pickup will be at my local store I recommended from the start, right? Well. I AM STILL HERE WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION AS THE STATUS SAYS "PREPARING FOR PICKUP TODAY" You've got 2 more business hours to make that happen, Best Buy.

The apple watch 9 is a adequate solution to digitize your watch. The battery power is quite weak and its features are mediocre at best.

Battery is good and else everythig this was similar to SE watch. Even in screen i did not see much difference in brightness.

The watch is fine great for working out etc. but the band is too small and it annoys me that they don’t stock the M/L

This review is not about the product(apple watch). This review is about the customer service I received when purchasing this item. I purchased this item during the holidays. Dec 19/20th. I was given the option of delivery or curbside pick up. I decided delivery since the holidays are a busy time. On the 21st, I received a delivered notice. However, when I looked in my mailbox/outside, it was nowhere to be found. I quickly called the carrier to see if I could get the driver to tell me exactly where it was placed but I was told these things take 2-3 business days. The next day I called best buy to let them know what had happened. They placed a replacement order and since I didn’t want to take my chances so i asked for store pick up. The ordeal continues… after a day, I was concerned I wasn’t getting the watch for xmas. On the 23rd I called again and they said it was almost ready for pick up. To just wait for an email and that it was guaranteed I was getting it before 9pm. No email… more calls and more promises… I got watch on Jan 17th…

Great product. But someone at the Best Buy watehouse stole it twice. Would not recommend buying from Best Buy

Average, some of the features are not working. Battery service not good

Needs charging every day. Battery could have been better. Drains even on standby.

Shipment Delayed - Warning FedEx - Possible Delay Your delivery may be delayed. The estimated delivery is now Wed, December 20 - Sat, December 23. I would love to post a review about the Apple Watch but it appears my wife will never get hers for Christmas... So Sad! Should have been delivered by December 19th - 4 days later still show the above delay. Two chat sessions and a phone call from FedEx and still no package or an order replacing the lost one.... weird! Don't understand why these folks can't be honest and say you're never receiving this watch! Credit card has been charged with the due date in January 2024 - I guess I have to pay for something I will never see and my poor wife goes without Christmas gift!

Eh alright . What I bought it mainly for I can not use it for due to my tattoos and they don’t even fully cover my wrists , so it can not track my sleep cycle . Which I wish I would have known that before because I wouldn’t have bought it lol .

I wish I could review my new Apple Watch, but when I tried to activate it, I realized that my iPhone was an older generation and could not support it. I don't need a new phone otherwise, and will purchase an updated one when the prices drop.

Some consumers may be up to date on the latest Apple products, but I'm not. This is a first for me. To come with NO handbook, instructions, or assistance of any kind is a disservice. I don't know where to begin.

There is no record of this purchase on my account. Called the store to rectify but the call was sent overseas. They were no help so I was forced to go to the physical store. The employee at the store couldn't produce a receipt so they sent me back to customer service. CS couldn't make the purchase appear in my account and were nasty about it to the point of hanging up on me. I'm DONE with BB after this.
