Best Buy delivery was horrible. They never delivef, received item back in stock not refunding for 18 days not allowing me to have money to buy another until the sale was over.

This review is solely based on Best Buy. I wouldn’t know about the watch because I never got it and Best Buy refused to help with it. Do not purchase online from them. They use whatever cheap delivery carrier they find who will steal your packages and then Best Buy will not take accountability for it. I’m out almost $400 for the watch and nothing to show for it.

My product NEVER arrived. Then Best Buy told me that they were sending a replacement but then I found out the upper team CANCELED said replacement without even telling me anything or refunding me my original payment. I had to fight for days to get my refund. To Best Buy: if you said you’re going to do something you have to honor that. I used to buy everything electronic here but not anymore.

Bestbuy is the worst customer service provider organization I have noticed ever. They don’t deliver the product and don’t care of their customers. I have purchased apple watch online and they can’t deliver the product and don’t provide any update. After calling them multiple times and also after visiting Bestbuy store in ressarch Blvd in Austin they can’t help and don’t provide refund even when the product is not delivered to me.

Everything on apples end was perfect. I placed the order back in December received the Hoover board broken, and the replacement was canceled. My youngest child is devastated and thinks Santa hates him (after he got his favorite toy and it didn’t work, now it sits collecting dust as a painful reminder for the past month and a half. This watch was the last purchase I will make from Best Buy.

I have not received this purchase. I went to the Best Buy where I bought it and they told me they couldn’t help me. They laughed when I told the I bought this watch for my wife for Christmas. The watch was purchased at the store in Shreveport La, I did not order the watch online the customer service desk did the same people who laughed it has now been over a month and still no resolution.

It only worked for about 14 months and then quit charging. I had only used the official Apple charging cord that came with the watch.

Its just ok. No big deal to me. Disappointed in the battery. You must charge daily. Returned it

Beautiful watch but battery will not hold a charge for a full 24 hours.

I purchased this item new. I was sent a watch that was already attached to someone else’s phone. I went to the store to return it and was told they would do nothing. I have called repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and no one has called me back. They stole $400 from me like it was nothing.

I will never order from Best Buy again. The Watch was stolen en route. It took weeks to get a refund and I STILL have not received a refund on the 2-year Protection Plan. I have spent literally hours on the phone & in live chats and get conflicting information with every contact.

I bought an open-box product and a very good rating of apple watch, but the other user's account is already connected, so access to my account is blocked. I'm not sure who can solve this.

I didn't the watch and best buy did not deliver the watch. When I contacted the customer service they ask me go to the law enforcement. Worst service.

Going from the Fitbit Versa 3 to the apple watch. The compatibility with my phone is obviously way better but that’s where the superiority stops. The Apple Watch’s sleep, exercise and movement tracking are all not very good at all. I miss my Fitbit.

Best Buy delivered an empty box and has not refunded me for the watch. They will not respond to my inquiries. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY

I'd love to be able to review this watch except after I bought it you decided it couldn't be delivered and cancelled my order. Very disappointed

Total waste of money. Compared to the fakes on Tik Tok for $6 you cannot tell the difference. Save yourself a ton of cash don't bother
