    If I had this watch I would be happy to leave a review! I ordered this watch online 12/20 and the entire experience has been a nightmare! Watch was shipped by FedEx, who apparently lost the package on 12/21. After multiple calls to FedEx and opening a case with FedEx, they determined the package was lost. After four calls to Best Buy and one instore meeting with a manager, I am still waiting for this purchase to be resolved. Best Buy finally decided to refund my charge for the watch, but instead of doing a refund they charged my card once again! Apparently, they made this mistake with some other customers as well. Now I have two charges for a watch that I still do not have. As of this writing I am still waiting for them to correct their mistake and hopefully credit me for the two charges they have made on my credit card. And, did I mention that I still do not have the Apple Watch and today's date is 1/12! I will say the manager of my local Best Buy was very nice to work with in trying to resolve this issue. Their customer service that I reached through their toll-free number is one of the worst I have ever experienced!!

    I bought apple watch series 9, on black Friday and was delivered Nov. 28 at 11:30 pm, the watch is nice but the band is too large for me, so I log in to best buy online chat, and I was told they can replace the band with smaller size to ant best buy store. I went to UTC best buy, and found out I have to return and exchange the whole watch so I can get the smaller band, which I agreed, but they will deliver it because it is out of stock in the store, now upon check out they are not the same price, asking me to pay more to the amount I paid! What a rip off! The manager is saying i have to buy a membership plan! Seriously! Its just an exchange of the product! Unacceptable.
