The box's contents were "Excellent," according to Best Buy's grading system. Which means it was either a return, floor model, etc. The Apple Watch is flawless and it came with the charger. The price for the Apple Watch is a steal, especially since recently, Apple has been unable to import Apple Watch 9 and up due to patent infringements. My mom first noticed the increased volume when taking a call on her watch. With her old one, she could barely hear the caller. Her watch was mainly upgraded for the EKG/Health mode. The ONLY reason I'm giving a four-star review is that the charger is faulty. If I could I would give 4 1/2 stars. I highly recommend purchasing an open-box Apple Watch for the price.

This watch has made her become motivated in her fitness journey. The watch has helped time all workouts. You can see all the progress made after a days work, it even lets you know when to stand after sitting for long hours. Highly recommend making the purchase, especially if you are an active person!
