Most of the fitness features of fitness-only watches, plus you can install apps, for instance for tracking sports teams or third party messaging apps. You can also set up general notifications like for your calendar so you can be more discreet and don’t have to constantly be picking up your phone. But if you don’t have an iPhone, don’t buy it.
