I I bought a watch, (open box)and received a locked one, I went to the store for help and they couldn't do anything and they offered me to buy another one and return the locked watch (via UPS)and I did, 10 days after they received the watch I received another watch instead of my money back , I went to the store to return it and they didn't want to give me my money back, because the watch was locked. How can they send you a locked watch twice this is unbelievable , it took more than an hour for them to return my money back and they still wanted to give me store credit instead of my money of course I said no, just want my money It is the first time in my life I’ve been treated this badly and for something that was not even my fault it was the worst customer service I think I am going to think twice before buying again from Best Buy.Worst experience ever

I like the ease of set up and use of the wearable computer. They say it's easy to pair with their iPhone and navigate. They also appreciate the excellent value for money, saying it'll get them through the whole day with plenty to spare. I like that it tracks their sleep and workouts, and does a great job of tracking fitness information. They describe the quality as nice, beautiful, and perfectly designer. I also appreciate that it fits just right, and is very comfortable to wear.

I upgraded from the apple series 5 to the series 9. The biggest difference I noticed is the battery life. My 5 would not last a day even fully charged in the morning. The 9 powers thru at least two before I get nervous, even with morkouts. Changing from the 40mm to the 41mm was a plus. The screen difference let me view so much more message wise, I was surprised. Even with some of my bulkier cases it still looks flattering. It was annoying to have to buy another set of bumper cases for the body of the watch, but at least the all the old bands still fit perfectly! Onto the color cause I on the fence about the look. It’s like a neutral metallic finish. It doesn’t match with gold or silver, but it doesn’t make a harsh contrast either. I wear more gold jewelry than anything else and I don’t find it to be an eyesore in the slightest. Though I am sure if matching is your thing, amazon has something for you. The only downside I can see is the updates. If you have been going thru the apple series for awhile you already know. The updates suck. They take a long time even if you do exactly like they reccommend. I never had that kind of issue with my samsung watches. I wish apple would get on that. Updates tend to get stuck half way thru and take some finagling to get right. The major updates are the worst. I usually have to scour the apple forums to find out how users were able to get it to download. Buuutttt if that is the only downside then this watch is perfect for me! I wear it everyday, sleep in it, I have swam in it, and sweated profusely wearing it with no issue. I have used most of its functionality and now I feel naked without it lol. So if this is your first foray into the apple series you won’t be disappointed. If you are an everyday watch user its a must have and a boon to your gadget repetoire.

Has some wondered added features … heart rate, heart rhythm and blood oxygen levels! Easy to use! Find your phone feature not as user friendly, but still available. The 41mm size is just right for my wrist—comfortable enough to wear all day, including during workouts and sleep. One of the standout features for me is the new S9 chip—it makes everything feel noticeably faster. Siri responses are quicker, and app launches are almost instant. The Blood Oxygen sensor and other health metrics are great additions that make this more than just a smartwatch; it's a mini health companion. Battery life is solid—easily lasts a full day with normal use. I also love the always-on display; it’s bright and easy to read, even in sunlight. Really happy with this. I really only got it for the fitness tracker. It’s way more accurate (even just for walking) than just using the app on the phone. I’m loving it more than I thought I would. It turns into a remote when listening to or watching something on the phone. It’s got a really bright flashlight that is steady or flashing white or solid red. Great for if you are out walking at night. I do tend to bump it now and then. I’ll look at it and see my calendar or something open. Not really sure how it happens. The 41 mm is the better size for me. Texting is the only time I have an Issue. The keyboard is very small and sometimes I just want to send a quick emoji which can be aggravating. With the time I have to put into trying to type, it’s easier to pull the phone out. Only complaint is it does not come with an adapter. The charger is usb-c and I did not have a way to plug it in. I ended up using my PS5 to charge it until I could get to the store for the adapter. That being said, it does charge pretty fast. It goes from in the red to 100% in an hour or less
