The hands free capability of this product is very helpful

Carbon neutral sport band was a selling point for me

I bought the watch for my mom on Christmas Eve and after the first time she wore it, the watch wouldn’t retain charge. I took it to Best Buy and they replaced it. Hoping it works better the second time around. It’s the S9 pink Apple Watch

It’s a nice watch. But if you are looking for just a fitness watch, it’s a bit much. Too much going on. Returned it and went back to Fitbit after a day. I also was surprised how quickly the battery drains.

The watch never started successfully, problem was diagnosed as a "boot loop" by support staff. I able to return item and repurchase working watch. Great costumer services. I love the working watch.

The watch was in great condition but the band was filthy , I guess someone returned it and they didn’t even check the condition of it before accepting it .

Bought this to work on fitness goals and had to exchange it once because the watch was constantly locking even with wrist detection on. Then with the new one it pauses the workout every two seconds no matter what I do. I’ve turned off auto pause, I’ve turned off wrist detection, and made sure it was updated. I’ve googled so many things to fix and nothing works. So over it.

Neat watch, but the sensors burn my skin. I thought I was getting water underneath so I missed the return window letting that heal. I put the watch back on further up my arm so it wouldn’t get wet from washing my hands, and 12 hours later I had blisters there instead. I’m really disappointed that now I’m stuck with a very expensive watch I can’t wear. I’ve tried turning the sensors off, but one of them still comes on throughout the day.

I love the silver frame on the watch, however no real difference from my other Apple watches. Also, the sports band does not irritate my skin like the other ones did.

Within two years, I started having problems with this watch. It would randomly call 911. Now it won’t even power on. It seems as if this is a common problem from my Internet search to troubleshoot.

The product was great however the customer service at Best Buy in Sawgrass was the worst.

Battery already not holding a charge. Bought in February 2024.

Bought a series 9 for my wife in November and she loved it so i figured it was time to upgrade my mother’s as well. HOWEVER, upon comparing them we noticed my mother’s blood oxygen app said it was “unavailable” and after investigating we found that due to a lawsuit against Apple that feature was removed.

Works good but nothing special about it. Save your money and wait for a better version

I was supposed to receive a price match and I never did. I price match it for target price but I wanted to go ahead and pick it up. So I went to Best Buy and I price matched it. They told me they would do it. I called multiple times to check on the price match. It’s now been over two weeks and I’ve received no information about it. Every single time I call they will say you receive a notification 48 hours after you request the price match. I told them it’s been a week then week and a half then two weeks. So in the end, I wish I would’ve just gotten it from target. At least I would’ve gotten it for a great price. Best Buy is full of nothing but scam artist. Don’t trust them when they say they will price matches, it’s just the way for you to be tricked into buying it at a higher price. They are liars and they just want to take your money. Also, the battery life on this Apple Watch is horrible. It’s supposed to last 18 hours. It barely even last seven. I can’t get through an entire days work without it turning off. Honestly, never buy from Best Buy.

I was really disappointed to find out that I couldn’t use this watch due to that I don’t own an iPhone I have Samsung phone so I can’t pair it up

Disappointed. Night view cannot see it is so dim. Unable to brighten

The watch was defective and unable to keep a charge. I was disappointed, as I drove 1.5 hours to purchase this watch. I was able to return it without issue.
