This is the worst watch I have ever owned. Battery drains completely within a few hours, requires charging several times a day. This is with no apps running, no workouts, looking at the watch perhaps six or seven times a day. Exhausted all troubleshooting methods, this is simply either defective by design, defective software, defective hardware... no idea. This is the last Apple product I will ever buy.

The box arrived without a watch in it. Customer service has not refunded my money and I haven’t heard back from them. Be careful with a purchase from Best Buy. I returned the box with the band and charger cable in it and noted in a message to them that it appears tampered with. It had 2 labels

My recent trade-in experience with Best Buy was disappointing. There's no direct customer service for this service, and the trade-in didn't complete successfully without any explanation. As a result, I've decided to return the item. Hope Best Buy improves their trade-in process and customer support.

Don’t ever buy from Best Buy. They sent me a defective product. Then canceled my replacement and still haven’t issued a refund. I’m out $400 and don’t have a watch. I’ve been on the phone with them 5 times. No resolution just empty promises. Fun company.

this product is another apple trap and really a bunch of HS you have to buy apple phone or something with a monthly HUGE fee to use it stay away from this rip off apple products ruined my wifes christmas ill never buy any apple again we dont want you stupid phones and huge monthly fees to use a watch

Battery lasts only 2 days. Fitbit app much better.

This item did not come as described. Fingerprints all over it!!! Did not come with a charger. Completely unsatisfied!!!!

This was a gift so I haven’t had it long. The outer box was damaged when it was delivered so I returned the watch to my Best Buy. They were wonderful. Replaced it no questions asked. Watch battery is great along with the band. It’s comfortable and stays on tight but not too tight. So farI’m loving it!

Love the Apple Watch, easy to use, apps are helpful for tracking health. Cute watch bands are easy to change

Great watch it tells time and has many great features. The sport loop is a great alternative for those with metal allergies. This color sports loop gets dirty quickly so I recommend having an alternative so you can switch out bands occasionally while washing the other. The charging cable is much nicer than the one that came with the first Apple Watch I got years ago. I did choose not to recommend the watch only because its status is so up in the air. A feature is now unavailable on the watch that was available when I bought it. I have concerns like many do about the future of this watch but my watch is doing everything I need from it at the moment.

If you have a small wrist then this is the watch for you because its just right and does all the essentials needed to get through your day while be sinple and stylish

Apple Watch Love all the new features and the fit with this band. Got this as a gift for my husband who had a 1st generation but had been turned off to the watch for a while because of the watch had gradually gotten slower, battery life was junk, and watch head was just too big for outdoor activities. Decided to go with the smaller face and try it again with the huge jumps that came with this release. He loves it.
